Dr. Martin Luther King
I am a Leadership Coach, Corporate Facilitator, Mentor and an Executive Presence Consultant.
My corporate journey of more than 15 years has shaped my conviction that most organizations are driven by a diverse workforce struggling to see the alignment in their personal goals and their professional aspirations. I am passionate about teaching workplace skills to professionals, and I do so with the objective to help organizations build leadership capabilities using more human and employee- centric practices.
I stand by creators and explorers, young professionals, leaders, and entrepreneurs who crave more from their journey—individuals who, despite outward achievements, feel a longing for deeper purpose and connection. I enable them to chart the blueprint of their work-life-joy , and embark on the path of a more fulfilling life journey with clarity, confidence, and meaning.
Having rebuilt my own life and business from the ground up while navigating the obstacle course called life, I intimately understand the courage it takes to forge a new path. In the sacred space of trust, I offer myself as a thinking partner to my clients, celebrating their growth and resilience.
It’s a true privilege to work with extraordinary individuals, and I am often delighted beyond imagination by the bold transformations we achieve together.
I believe in possibilities, and have seen leaders tapping into depths of strength they thought they never had.
Join me to tap into your strengths and fortify the roles that bring you joy and fulfillment!

I graduated high- school in Shanghai at the Shanghai American School, and went on to study English Literature at St. Stephens College, Delhi University. My teaching career started more than 20 years ago when behavioral, social and cognitive skills and had found prominence in the fast-emerging technology sector. Post my Masters in Business Administration, I started my corporate journey in media with The Times Group, followed by Star TV and Network 18 (CNN IBN).
In 2008, I became the founding member at The Aryavarta Foundation, a not-for- profit, dedicated to the education of the girl- child. I worked with Belinda Wright’s Wildlife Protection Society of India, to deploy vocational training, rehabilitate forest communities, and run wildlife education programs in remote parts of India. It is in this role that I came close (and yet not close enough) to feeling fulfilled in my need to work with and for women.
In 2020, during the global pandemic, I joined Harappa Education, and enabled synchronous learning journeys for corporates in my role in customer success, content, and Faculty-in-Residence. I have created customized learning interventions for corporate clients across sector, industry, tenure, training need and geography. I have facilitated over 300 hours of leadership workshops with expertise in themes such as Emotional Intelligence, Conflict Resolution, Change Management and Women’s Executive Presence

I too have ridden the choppy waves of life and the loss and the setbacks have strengthened my resolve to help others break the cycle of powerlessness and the debilitating fear of the unknown.
I understand that everyone carries hidden memories of the superstorms that they have weathered, and when we look at each other we rarely ever say I understand. There is immense power in saying that we acknowledge that each of us is more alike than we are unlike.
I am a certified Psychodrama Coach and a practitioner of Irshad Majhi’s Diversity Without Division: Method Of Communication Across Divides. Psychodrama, formed in 1920s by J.L. Moreno in Vienna and New York, enriches creativity and spontaneity. It has found great application in both Individual and Group Coaching, as it allows participants to discover hidden resources through enhanced awareness, which is further strengthened in the space of surplus reality.
“Well, Dr. Freud, I start where you leave off. You meet people in the artificial setting of your office. I meet them on the street and in their homes, in their natural surroundings. You analyze their dreams. I give them the courage to dream again. You analyze and tear them apart. I let them act out their conflicting roles and help them to put the parts back together again.”
