If we have optimism, but we don’t have empathy – then it doesn’t matter how much we master the secrets of science,
We’re not really solving problems; we’re just working on puzzles
In a world adorned with the veneer of success, true inspiration often eludes us. One meets leaders every day, and yet genuine role models, those with legions of devoted followers, remain a rare encounter. The essence of creating a lasting legacy lies not in the appearance of success, but in a profound commitment to impacting lives. What is evident is that the world is embarking upon an era of courageous leadership. True leaders, the ones who effortlessly command followership, understand that courage is a battle-hardened muscle, sculpted through trials and tribulations to pave the way for others’ success.
I guide, coach and mentor courageous leaders who are contributing to the shift towards the culture of empathetic and authentic leadership.
Swami Kriyananda said that the true meaning of emotional maturity is the ability to relate to realities other than your own. He also described it as the real goal of education. I call myself a possibilitarian and believe in ‘Anekantavada’, a Jain doctrine that states that reality is many sided. My vision is to help individuals find work- life- joy and organisations humanize success and performance orientation, and I believe that these two, when achieved together, create a harmony in our professional ambition and personal fulfillment.
Join me on a transformative journey where we unravel the secrets of true leadership, where we get outside our own self- defined ideas of how things ought to be done and relate to realities other than our own. And in doing so, you become generous, joyful and contribute meaningfully to the world around you. That is what makes work and life worthwhile.

We help organizations accomplish the goal of diversity-without-division in their teams and elevate high- potential women leaders to build a stronger ecosystem for themselves to seek bigger roles and larger mandates.

I am incredibly grateful for the positive impact Shikha has had on my life as a coach. Her guidance and support have been instrumental in helping me manage various aspects of my life more effectively. Her style is not only professional but also empathetic, creating a safe space for self-reflection and growth. Under her guidance, I've learned valuable life skills, honed my time management, and gained a clearer perspective on my goals. Her ability to listen attentively and ask insightful questions has empowered me to overcome challenges with confidence. Shikha's expertise and encouragement have truly been a game-changer in my journey towards a more balanced and fulfilling life
During October 2023, I had the opportunity to attend a Leadership Development Program especially designed for women by Harappa Education at IndiGo’s Learning Centre - IFly. As part of this program, Shikha Jain – one of their rockstar faculty members facilitated a highly impactful session on Finding and Expanding Networks and Navigating Contentious Conversations.
At IGH, we engaged with Shikha Jain to do ‘Time Management’ Workshop. We called it as ‘The Art and Science of Balancing the Clock’. I must compliment Shikha for her extremely engaging style. Her approach empowered the team to understand nuances of planning, prioritizing, calendaring, experimenting, focusing, pacing, eliminating, owning etc. She did it beautifully using the techniques of Psychodrama and both indoor and outdoor exercises. I highly recommend Shikha for catering to learning needs of the organization for mid and senior managers as the impact created by her is invaluable
I've been taking career coaching from Shikha from almost nine months now. I started my coaching in June last year. I came with the objective that I should be able to create my personal brand. I should be able to work on my communication skills, be more sharp and more crisp while I communicate to different stakeholders. And very importantly, I had a challenge that I couldn't discover my long-term goal.
I found Shikha at a crucial time of my life, when I not only had immense pressure to deal with at work, but also politics. I am grateful that I did, because it was her support that gave me the strength and the clarity to realise I was fully capable of navigating such murky waters without compromising my moral fabric at the same time ensuring the best professional outcome for myself. Her level-headed nature and her ability to identify and resolve blockages has allowed me to build real-time tangible confidence. She is impeccable at being able to understand people, their strengths and their pressure points - not only did shikha introduce me to the practice that changed my life but she has also been the source of confidence I turn to now, no matter the professional problem or play area I want to navigate. I believe I have found a coach and confidante for life - one whom we all need to keep offering us an objective ear when we are deeply immersed in our everyday lives. Thanks to her, my negative perspectives are replaced with progressive ones.
Having spent some time in the leadership development space myself, I wasn't sure if I needed any kind of coaching. I had read most of the books and heard most of the podcasts afterall. But as we learn (sometimes the hard way), mere cognitive understanding of concepts doesn't translate into internalizing of values or skill building. And sometimes, as uncomfortable as it is to admit it, we need a little help. I was fortunate enough to find this help in Shikha. As we started the process, I felt hesitant, vulnerable, and even resistant (she did warn me that a this may involve a lot of unlearning and honesty). But in hindsight, I couldn't be happier that we did it. Apart from being emotionally intellingent and stunningly competent at her craft, Shikha carried a certain gentle, accepting, and supportive presence that made me trust the process and believe in myself on even the worst of days. She called me out on my bullshit, helped me see my own inner strength and the progress I have made, and guided me through some very complex career and life decisions To all the people who deep down know that they could use some help, find yourself a Shikha, and your life will be better and brighter for it.
